In the Penguin classroom children make the transition from Parent's Day Out to Preschool. This involves, for many, becoming accustomed to attending school twice a week versus once a week. The two day a week format is beneficial in developing a sense of routine for the children.

The teachers will continue to introduce new vocabulary through discussion and daily reading time. Social skills are developed through personal interaction and in group activities.

The Dinosaur classrooms are pre-kindergarten (pre-k) classes that focuses on kindergarten readiness.
The classroom schedule includes structured learning time where language, reading concepts, and math concepts are introduced and developed through our theme-based, sequential curriculum.
The class schedule also provides ample time for development of social skills and verbal skills through discussion, sharing and group interaction.
The Dinosaurs will have daily opportunity to develop gross motor skills during teacher directed activities and playground time.
