Final Registration
Families who pre-register in February will be notified by mail what class their child(ren) has been assigned to and when the registration packets will be available for pick-up. Final registration packets for for pre-registered children will be available for pick-up in the Great Escape hallway in June. Final registration takes place in July.
The registration packet with required
forms and fees is collected at that time. The fees include the registration fee (if not paid in the Spring), an activity fee of $25, and a deposit for the last month of school (May). Required forms include a current immunization record and a current health status from the child's doctor. We also require three photos of your child. (All three photos can be the same.) Required forms must be completed before
participating in the program.
The activity fee of $25 covers supplies, and special events such as our Thanksgiving Pow Wow, Rodeo Chuckwagon and Fun Days the last week of school. We have added this fee up front instead of having parents pay for each activity separately.
The deposit is equal to one month's tuition and is due at final registration. This fee will be the May tuition payment and is not refundable if you withdraw from the program. To view the tuition rates for 2012-2013, please go to the Tuition page.
Just a reminder that all deposts and fees must be paid at final registration to hold your child's space.
All required forms and information must be turned in to Great Escape before your child can begin school. Please keep all forms current. If any of the information changes at any time, please request new forms to make corrections. |
